1.) make sure your order qualifies
The order is new & unused – if vintage, in the same condition as when you received it.
The order is returned within 15 days of receipt.
The order was not purchased on final sale.
Personalized, made to order items, and other custom products are non-refundable. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a refund.
2.) return your order & Packing slip
Send your order, along with its original packing slip, to:

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
3.) await credit
Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Jack & Joie currently ships all orders with USPS First Class or Priority Mail from Milwaukee, WI. We ship Monday through Saturday. Purchases made after 3pm, will typically go out the next business day, in some cases it can take up to three business days for handling.
We don’t offer an insured rate, but if you would like your purchase to be insured or you would like any other type of shipping (ex: UPS, FedEx, overnight, delivery signature), just message us and we will get you a quote!
Jack & Joie does not currently offer a standard rate for international shipping. If you are from outside of the USA, please email us at info@jackandjoie with the items you would like to order & your mailing address. We will get back to you with the quote we are given.
