Returns
1.) make sure your order qualifies
The order is new & unused – if vintage, in the same condition as when you received it.
The order is returned within 15 days of receipt. Personalized, made to order items, and other custom products are non-refundable.
2.) RETURN YOUR ORDER & PACKING SLIP
If your order qualifies for a refund, please email the following information to info@jackandjoie.com.
1.) Subject Line: “Return”
2.) Order number
3.) Reason for return
We will promptly respond with an address where you can send your return.
Please keep your tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
3.) AWAIT CREDIT
Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping
Jack & Joie currently ships all orders with USPS First Class or Priority Mail from Door County, WI.
International Shipping
Jack & Joie does not currently offer a standard rate for international shipping. If you are from outside of the USA, please email us at info@jackandjoie with the items you would like to order & your mailing address. We will get back to you with the quote we are given.
